Will these straps fit my Apple Watch?

All our straps are compatible with Apple Watch Series 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Ultra, Ultra 2 and SE.

 

What size is my Apple Watch?

The Apple Watch Bands in our store are sized based on the size of your Apple Watch rather than the size of your wrist.

Apple Watches come in the following sizes: 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 49mm.

When ordering a strap from our store, you will need to know your case size for the strap to fit correctly. The model and the case size are written at the back of your watch in the top right hand side just above the sensor of the watch.

Please note: For Apple Watch Series 1-3 with size 42mm, please select the 44mm/45mm/46mm/49mm option

The next thing is to measure your wrist size. Some of our straps come in Small, Medium & Large sizes, while others are One Size Fits All. The measurements is provided in the product description for each of our products.

 

Can I change my mind?

Definitely! If you've changed your mind for whatever reason, we offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy. Once your item has been delivered, simply return the item(s) back to us within 30 days for a Store Credit or a Refund. You can find more details on our Return & Refunds Policy here.

 

 

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you order the wrong size, please send us an email to initiate your return. Once we receive your return, we’ll provide you with a store credit so that you can select the right size.

 

I entered the wrong address!

If you have accidentally ordered your parcel to the incorrect address, we would recommend you to contact Australia Post, as they may be able to re-route it for you.

 

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@straplaboratory.com.au and we’ll help you sort it out.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled during high-volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charged will be automatically refunded.

 

Am I able to track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified with your tracking number via email. You can track your order any time here.

 

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items are sold of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@straplaboratory.com.au so we can urgently review the matter for you! When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs/videos of your item. Please be aware that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or your misuse, will not be considered faulty.
